Outdoor Light Box Sign Cabinets

Sign Cabinets are one or two sided structures consisting of the frame and sign face or faces. Most have a light source inside which may be either fluorescent bulbs or LED lights depending on the customer’s preference. Though these signs tend to be a boxed shape with four sides, they are not limited to this design. We have the ability to shape the sign cabinet with how many sides are desired by the customer. The faces for these signs may be one of two different types. It may be a flat lexan face with digital print vinyl applied to the material.  Outdoor Lights box signs have a variety of mounting methods, including:  Wall Mount - Best suited for hanging on wall or from overhang. Good for mounting onto base or into wall hollow, Saddle mount - Goes onto new pole sold with sign, Wrap Around - Made to fit existing center pole, Between poles (corner brackets) - Goes between existing pole structures, Center Pole Mount (Stub & Rings) - includes an internal pole which fits into the top of an existing pole, Plate Mount - Internal pole and plate match existing pole with plate top, Cantilever - Resembles Highways signs hanging over the road.

Lighted Pylon Sign

Pylon signs are typically used for most businesses in an outlet center. They usually include lights to show your business presence for customers at night. It is a great way to show your location on the side of a busy road or very close to your building.

Lit Monument Sign

Our monument signage is a great opportunity for our customers to deliver a creative and innovative design. Though monument signs may not include a light structure, options to have lights are always available. These signs are completely customized; thus, their unique designs are made according to our customer’s desire. We accept designs by customers or we may create the design for you if you choose.

Push-Thru Acrylic

For this type of signage, letters, logos, or combinations are cut out of acrylic. It functions great as either an indoor or outdoor option. These letters may be stud mounted to a wall or another sign face. Options to make hardware not visible are a popular choice. Acrylic signs come with either spacers or no spacers depending on the customer’s preference.

Channel Letters

These signs are mostly mounted to a building to show location. It could include letters and/or logos. These signs tend to include a light source of LEDs to give your sign a bright illumination at night. The channel letters are aluminum retainers with acrylic letter faces. This displays a beautiful 3D visual for your customers.  Channel letter signs come in a variety of types including Standard (interior-lit with plastic faces, Embossed faces, Open-face, Reverse aka Backlit ("halo" lit with protective poly covers), Custom shapes (for logos and symbols.  Other optional features include non-illuminated, trim capped acrylic faces, and stud mounted channel letter signs.

Vacuum Formed Acrylic Signs

Vacuum formed signs are made when flat plastic sheets are put into ovens to heat it up. Then the vacuum pulls down the plastic over a mold to form a plastic pan face. Pan embossed forming adds to the strength and durability of the plastic sign face. Text or graphics can either be sprayed to the second surface (back of pan) or vinyl can be applied to the first surface (front) of the pan face. Embossed lettering and graphics can literally stand out for a bolder look. Pan faces can also be used as reader boards or changeable letter signs by adding tracks. Formed and ribbed faces are popular for changeable copy boards and gas price changers.

CNC Routed Signs

Routed aluminum faces are a very durable type of signage. Some standard options for routed aluminum signs include backed with one color plastic, backed with white plastic with first surface vinyl, and push-thru plastic letters, white or colored, ½” deep maximum.

Neon Signs

neon signs are electric signs lighted by long luminous gas-discharge tubes that contain rarefied neon or other gases. They are the most common use for neon lighting, which was first demonstrated in a modern form in December 1910 by Georges Claude at the Paris Motor Show. While they are used worldwide, neon signs were extremely popular in the United States from about 1920–1960. The installations in Times Square, many originally designed by Douglas Leigh were famed, and there were nearly 2000 small shops producing neon signs by 1940.
